10 Weighted glute bridges

* Use a heavy set of DB's or KB's for the static farmers hold, something
that will challenge the grip.

Stretch

45 sec seated straddle
30-45 sec hurdler stretch (per side)
30-45 sec downward dog
30-45 sec reclined twist (per side)
1-2 min legs up the wall pose
