5 Deadlifts @ 60% of 1 RM
10 DB deficit Farmer lunges (3" deficit)

* Complete 5 Deadlifts followed by 10 DB deficit farmers lunges. Complete
all 5 lunges on one leg, then all 5 on the other. Use a moderate weight, focus on driving
and isolating the lead leg.

1 min: 12 / 16 Calorie row
2nd min: Max Ring push-ups
3rd min: Max Box-Jumps 20"/24'
4th min: Rest

* Score = total number of Push-ups and Box-jumps completed in the
