Part A:

180 Burpees Broad Jumps

Partner A: 250 m Row
Partner B: Max Burpee broad jumps

Rest 5 mins

* Partner A rows 250 m, while partner B completes as many
Burpees broad jumps as possible. Once partner A has finished rowing
250 m, partners switch. Keep switching until a combined total of 180 Burpees
broad jumps are completed. Burpees can only start once the other partner has
started rowing.

Part B:

Amrap in remaining time:

50 Walking lunges w / Sandbag
100 m Farmer carry (10 Lengths)
50 Wall-balls
