1 Stone Extension (from floor to lap, full-Squat, Stand & extend)
2 Stone to shoulder

*The goal today for the E2MOM, is to prep your nervous system for the stone to pedestal>
Choose a moderate weight, something that allows you to move well without
being to taxing.

-Build up in weight

* The goal for the stone to pedestal is to build up in weight, placing
the heaviest stone possible on to the pedestal.
