1 Front Squat with a 3 sec Pause +
1 Front Squat with a Double Bounce+
1 Front squat
* Complete 1 Enderton Front-squat complex followed by 5 Back-Squats. Choose a weight that
allows the full pause plus complete control throughout the complex. Re-rack the bar after the complex and
go immediately into the back-squats.
