1 Stone from floor to lap (full-Squat) Stand & extend
2 Squats w / Stone (Bearhug hold)
1 stone to shoulder

* For those who don't want to use the stones we have an alternative:

E2MOM x 5 Sets:

2 Sandbag cleans
2 Squats w / Sandbag (front-rack)
2 Sandbag GTOH

5-Rounds for time: (12 min cap)

5 Strict Pull-ups / 9 Ring rows
10 Box Step-ups w / KB
15 RKB Swings

* Hold the KB however you like for the Step-ups
