- 1 Run = full length of the gym and back
* This will be our final week for the partner push / pull combo. Continuing from last week, try to complete a run every 2 mins or less.
1 partner will push the sled, while the other partner will pull the sled (stepping backwards)
once the team has reached the end of the gym, they will reverse directions. The partner pushing will now pull
the partner pulling will now push. Load the sled every round to complete the final run AHAP. Focus on quick powerful steps.
