16 min: Sled push - Partner push / pull
- Shoot for 8 Runs
- 1 Run = full length of the gym and back
*Continuing from last weeks push / pull format.
Working as a team, 1 partner will push the sled, while the other partner pulls the sled (stepping backwards)
once the team has reached the end of the gym, they will switch. The partner pushing will now pull
the partner pulling will now push. Load the sled every round to complete the final run AHAP.
