Warm-up + Positioning + Strength

6 Z-press with 3 sec Pause in lockout (light)

* This week we will start with dead-hangs. Dead-hangs are
great at improving strength, mobility & stability in overhead
positions. Complete 1 Turkish get-up per side. This movement
should be light/moderate and controlled

* Walk 180 degrees, left around the box & 180 degrees to the
right around the box.
