Sled-Push - 15 mins:

-Shoot for 6-8 full lengths of the gym

* Rest approx. 90 sec after each sled-push. If able, increase
weight after each run to finish heavy.

Metcon

20 min Amrap:

9 Burpee Broad Jumps
24 Walking lunges w / DB's
9 Burpee Broad Jumps
18 Front squats w / DB's

-12 Calories on erg of choice after each round (Ski, bike, run)

*Choose a DB weight that allows you to go unbroken
for at least the first round.
