However you like. 1 partner works while the other rests.

Rest 5 mins after the partner workout then complete:

1 KM Run (Zone 2)

* The run can be done together or as an individual. This is not
for time. Zone 2 is low intensity 60-70% of max HR or max effort.
You should be able to carry on a conversation.
