perfect introduction into HYROX and measure where your HYROX fitness level is at.
The HYROX PFT gives you a good indication of your level and for which division you you fall into.
- 15 – 25 minutes – HYROX PRO
- 25 – 35 minutes – HYROX Open
- 30 – 40 minutes – HYROX Doubles
- 35 – 45 minutes – HYROX Relay
