5 / 5 Dynamic Wall-pigeon (30 sec per side)
1 min Barbell groin stretch
45 sec PVC-Weighted Cross Bench Pull-over

* If possible use an empty barbell for the Sots press. If this is to difficult
use a PVC or weighted PVC.

* The goal for today is to build in weight each set to finish AHAFA
