5 Deadlifts @ 70% of 1 RM
6 DB deficit Farmer lunges (4" deficit) @ AHAP

* Complete 5 Deadlifts followed by 6 DB deficit farmers lunges. Complete
all 3 lunges on one leg, then all 3 on the other, focus on driving
and isolating the lead leg.
