Overhead-Squat

Warm-up + Mobility 3 Sets: (15 mins)

10 SOTS-Press
5 / 5 Dynamic Wall-pigeon (30 sec per side)
1 min Barbell groin stretch
45 sec PVC-Weighted Cross Bench Pull-over

* If possible use an empty barbell for the Sots press. If this is to difficult
use a PVC or weighted PVC.



Strength: 8 min E2MOM

5 Overhead-Squats

* Pause for 3 sec on the first rep of each set, followed by
4 reps at a regular tempo. Start light & try to increase weight
each set to finish AHAFA
