Barbell Box Step-ups (week 4 / 4)

6 Sets:

6 / 6 reps

-Rest 2 mins after each set

*Add 10 LBS to last weeks weight. Complete all 6 reps on one leg before switching,
keep the lead leg on the box until all reps are completed. Isolate the lead leg as much as possible.
Barbell in Back-rack position.

15 KB Goblet Squats

KB Weights:

L1: 10/16 kg
L2: 12/20 kg
L3: 16/24 kg
