1 Clean pull + 1 High HCL+ 1 Front-Squat + 1 SQCL
*Focus on a smooth slow pull for the clean pull until you get above the knees.
Once above the knees press your heels until the floor, driving forcefully. This is not
an upright row! Arms should be relaxed, let your legs do the work. The high HCL
is going to start at the mid thigh or pockets.
* The goal is to build through each set to finish AHAFA
